1. Custom Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by JMM Florida LLC across our five collections — JMM Toys, JMM Pets, JMM Home, JMM Beauty, and JMM Space — are custom-made and built to order. Production does not begin until your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Because each item is crafted specifically for you, we do not carry pre-made inventory.

2. Order Processing Time

Processing time varies by product type and order complexity. Estimated production timelines will be noted on individual product listings. Once your order has been produced and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Processing time does not include transit time.

3. Shipping

JMM Florida ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses unless explicitly stated on a product listing.

Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout through Shopify. You are responsible for selecting a shipping option that meets your timeline needs. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

JMM Florida is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control once the package has been handed off to the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

4. No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Items

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except as described in Section 5 (Damaged or Defective Items). This policy is consistent with standard industry practice for made-to-order and personalized goods.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept that your purchase is final and non-returnable.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, including any customization details such as names, colors, sizes, and quantities. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once production has begun.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or defect.

We will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis. If the claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged item before issuing a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs for approved damage claims will be covered by JMM Florida.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation after 24 hours. If production has already started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment fees are the customer's responsibility.

8. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or orders where customization instructions provided by the customer contained errors.
